If there are only a few steps, please use DEKOR direct bury male to male cables in 10' length. If there are 10 or more, I would suggest 18ga wire with waterproof wire connectors appropriate to your climate. See full answer »

I required 24 feet of cable to cross the driveway. A 30’ option would have reduced the amount of cable stuffed into the pvc conduit.
